Two sticks. Four ends. Infinite ways to look ridiculous before you look amazing. This double staff workshop is where we stop being precious about “getting it right” and start playing. We’ll chase spins, launch throws (and drop them, proudly), untangle isolations, and flirt with contact until the staffs start feeling like extensions of your arms instead of things trying to escape them. Come find out what these things can actually do. No experience needed, just a willingness to flail with intention.
